Where does the Shoot take place?
Individual Head Shots take place at my Studio in Hoofddorp, conveniently situated off the N201 in Hoofddorp, and ten minutes walk from the Train Station.
Corporate Sessions with multiple people can of course take place here, but you are more than welcome to ask for the shoot at your office location (advised)
Shoots are possible in the Amsterdam, Hoofddorp and Haarlem area as well as further afield, Leiden, Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam.
What about Makeup?
For 75% of all shoots, Hair and Makeup is taken care of by the individual, however within the pricing table on the individuals page you will find pricing for a hair and make up specialist, who will stay for the duration of the shoot. For Corporate shoots with more employees, Hair and Makeup can also be arranged, please request a quote.
How many Photos do you take?
For individual sessions, this might be from 30 to 60 images, depending on the package. For corporate sessions with multiple employees, it’s an average of 15-25 per person.
How and when can I see my photos?
Generally, within week you will receive a PDF containing the previews from the session. For individuals, please add a rush fee of 35 Euros if you need to make your choices the same day. For corporate sessions, you can find the information in your custom quote.
What if I need more images than are in the package?
Pricing for extra images outside of the package can be found on the product information page for individuals. For corporate sessions, this information can be found in your custom quote.
Do you offer re-touching?
Any choices from the shoot are edited and adjusted for exposure, colour and contrast, to ensure they are ready to use. You will receive a colour and a black and white version of each of your choices, and they will be edited for spots, and blemishes, as well as any other things that just don’t belong.
How are the Final Images delivered?
You will receive a link to the digital files within a week of making your choices. This will be a downloadable zip, and the link will remain active for six months.
How long do you keep the images?
The edits will remain available for download for around 6 months after the session. Any other images not in your choices will be removed from the system after 12 months.
